Scope and who we are

Agentic Intelligence LLC ("Agentic Intelligence," "we," or "us") operates this website and its workflow-review form. This notice applies to information collected through the website and related email conversations.

This notice does not govern information processed for a client under a signed engagement. A client agreement, and any required data-processing or security terms, will control that work.

Information you provide

The workflow-review form collects your name, email address, an optional business or brand name, and the workflow description you choose to submit. We also collect the contents of later emails or other messages you send us.

Submit information only if you have the right and authority to share it. Do not send passwords, access tokens, account credentials, government identifiers, payment-card or banking data, health information, biometric data, information about children, regulated records, trade secrets, or another person's confidential information through this website.

Information collected automatically

Vercel hosts and protects the website. Its systems may process technical information such as IP address, request time, requested page, referrer, browser and device type, operating system, approximate region, and request headers for delivery, security, diagnostics, and abuse prevention.

We use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate page-view reporting. It does not use third-party cookies or identify visitors across websites. Vercel creates a short-lived visitor hash that is discarded after 24 hours. Aggregate analytics may be retained under Vercel's applicable service terms.

To slow automated or repeated submissions, the form temporarily keeps a rate-limit record derived from the submitting IP address. The application record expires after 10 minutes and is not used for marketing. Hosting and firewall systems may keep separate security logs under their own retention schedules.

How we use information

We use information to review and respond to your inquiry, decide whether a potential engagement is a fit, communicate with you, operate and improve the website, prevent misuse, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not use this website for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not place inquiry submitters into an automated sales sequence, and we do not make decisions about them solely by automated means.

Human review and AI

A person reviews workflow submissions. Submitting this form does not send its contents to OpenAI, Anthropic, ElevenLabs, or any other AI model provider, and we do not use the submission to train an AI model.

If a later client engagement would use AI to process client data, we will define the approved purpose, data access, providers, retention, security controls, human review points, and deletion responsibilities in the engagement documents before production access is granted.

Who receives information

The website currently uses Vercel for hosting, analytics, and security; Resend to transmit workflow-review emails; and Apple iCloud Mail as the receiving business mailbox. A form submission, including the sender address and message content, passes through those systems as needed to deliver and store the inquiry. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy practices.

We may also disclose information to professional advisers or authorities when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, investigate abuse, protect people or property, or establish and defend legal rights. Information may transfer as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of business assets, subject to applicable law.

Retention

Inquiry emails and related correspondence are kept in our business systems only while reasonably needed to respond, assess or manage a potential engagement, maintain appropriate business and security records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. We delete or de-identify them when they are no longer needed for those purposes.

Service providers may retain delivery records, security logs, backups, or message content under their own documented schedules. A deletion request may not remove information that must be kept for legal, fraud-prevention, security, backup, or recordkeeping reasons.

Security

We use safeguards intended to fit the limited data collected by this website, including encrypted transport, scoped provider credentials, request validation, rate limits, and restricted mailbox access. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

If you believe information submitted through this website has been exposed or misused, contact us promptly at the address below.

Data location

Agentic Intelligence and its current service providers primarily process website and inquiry information in the United States. If you submit information from another country, it may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.

Your choices and rights

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a copy, correction, or deletion, or object to or restrict certain processing. Rights vary by location and may be subject to legal exceptions. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity and authority before acting on a request.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. Because this website does not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, it does not provide a separate sale or targeted-advertising opt-out link.

Children

This website is intended for business inquiries and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Changes and contact

We may update this notice as the website, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page or communicated in another reasonable way when required.
