Agreement and authority

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Agentic Intelligence LLC ("Agentic Intelligence," "we," or "us"). By using this website, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

You must be at least 18 to submit a workflow for review. If you use the website for a company or another person, you represent that you have authority to act for them and to provide the information you submit.

Website only

The website provides general information about our studio and a way to request an initial review. It does not provide an agent, automation service, professional advice, or production access to any system.

A form submission, email, discussion, proposal, estimate, or demonstration does not create a client, advisory, fiduciary, confidential, or other professional relationship. An engagement begins only when the relevant parties sign a written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement controls the engagement.

No professional advice or promised outcome

Website content is for general information. It is not legal, compliance, security, medical, financial, employment, tax, or other regulated professional advice. You should use qualified professionals for decisions that require that expertise.

Examples, methods, measurements, and technology references are illustrative. They are not a promise that a workflow can or should be automated, that a provider will be suitable, or that a deployment will produce a particular result, saving, accuracy, adoption rate, or return on investment.

AI systems require review

AI and automation outputs can be incomplete, incorrect, delayed, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. They should not be used as the sole source of truth or as the sole basis for a decision with legal, financial, employment, housing, education, medical, insurance, safety, or similarly material effects on a person.

Any future production engagement will require its own allocation of responsibilities for testing, approvals, monitoring, permissions, fallback procedures, and human review. Nothing on this website replaces those controls.

Your submissions

You keep ownership of information you submit. You give us a limited permission to receive, copy, review, store, and use it as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate a possible engagement, secure the website, and comply with law. Our Privacy Notice explains the current data path and retention approach.

You represent that your submission is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the rights and permissions needed to share it. Do not submit credentials, regulated data, trade secrets, or confidential information. We are not agreeing to keep a submission confidential unless we later sign a written confidentiality agreement.

Acceptable use

You may not use the website to break the law, violate another person's rights, impersonate someone, send spam or abusive material, upload malicious code, probe for vulnerabilities, bypass access or rate limits, interfere with operation, scrape or extract data by automated means without permission, or gain unauthorized access to a system or account.

We may restrict or block access, preserve relevant records, and report conduct when we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the website, our business, another person, or the public, or to comply with law.

Our materials and brand

The Agentic Intelligence name, wordmark, website design, copy, graphics, code, and original materials are owned by us or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms allow you to view and use the website for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership or grant a right to copy, modify, publish, sell, license, or present our materials as your own.

If you send feedback or suggestions about the website or our services, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation. This does not give us ownership of your workflow, business information, or other submitted materials.

Third-party providers and links

The website may name or link to third-party products, providers, or websites. Those services have their own terms, availability, security, and privacy practices. We do not control them and are not responsible for their services or content.

References to OpenAI, Anthropic, ElevenLabs, Vercel, Resend, Apple, or another provider describe technology or infrastructure that may be relevant. They do not imply a partnership, certification, sponsorship, endorsement, or exclusive relationship.

Availability and changes

We may change, correct, suspend, or remove the website or any content without notice. We do not promise that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, current, complete, or free of errors. We are not responsible for interruptions or failures outside our reasonable control.

Warranty disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." Agentic Intelligence disclaims express, implied, and statutory warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and quiet enjoyment.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. In that case, these exclusions apply only to the extent allowed by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agentic Intelligence and its members, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, use, opportunities, or data, arising from the website or these terms, even if advised that such loss was possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the website or these terms will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (US $100). These limits do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. A signed client agreement will contain the liability terms for an engagement.

Resolving concerns

Before starting a formal claim about this website, please email a clear description of the concern and the requested resolution. Both sides agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve it for 30 days after the notice is received. This does not prevent either side from seeking urgent relief when delay could cause immediate harm.

General terms

We may update these terms for legal, security, operational, or service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree, stop using the website.

If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms stay in effect. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without our written consent. We may assign them as part of a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or transfer of the website or business. These terms and the Privacy Notice are the entire agreement about use of this website, except where a separate signed agreement applies.
